A review involves more limited procedures, primarily inquiries of management and analytical procedures applied to your company’s financial data. Based on these procedures, we advise you whether we are aware of any material modifications that should be made to the financial statements in order for them to be in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles. While more limited in scope than an audit, a review can be a cost-effective alternative for obtaining limited assurance with respect to your company’s financial statements.
