A Principal, Tim is our firm's Public Sector Consulting practice leader. His goal is to help clients address a broad range of management and information technology implementation issues.
Tim leads the firm’s consulting efforts for state and local government and utility clients in the areas of strategic business and information technology planning, Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V), information system design, project management, business process improvement, and system implementations. Tim joined the Firm in 1991.
Tim is a regular speaker on management and technology subjects at regional and national conferences.
