A Principal, Patti is a member of the Firm’s Financial Services Industry Group. In this capacity, she works exclusively with our financial service and employee benefit plan audit clients. Patti has provided audit, tax and consulting services to several of the leading banks throughout New England. She has assisted on merger transactions working closely with the clients and legal counsel, and has consulted on ongoing SEC filings.
Patti also coordinates the Financial Institutions Compensation Survey, sponsored by the Maine Association of Community Banks, Maine Bankers Association, New Hampshire Bankers Association, and Vermont Bankers Association. Patti also provides training sessions to our financial services staff and clients.
Prior to joining the Firm in 1993, Patti spent two years working in the Hampton, New Hampshire office of Silverman & Losik, CPAs. She has attended the AICPA National Banking School at the University of Virginia.
