A Principal, Ken’s primary focus is in the area of consulting on a wide variety of tax issues, including tax planning and reorganizations, particularly as they apply to individuals, partnerships and professional corporations. He also has extensive experience in the design and implementation of qualified and nonqualified retirement plans. Ken represents clients in IRS and DOL examinations, and speaks and writes on tax and retirement plan issues.

Ken directs Berry Dunn’s Tax Services Group and the Retirement Plan Solutions Group and is a member of the Berry Dunn Wealth Management team, serving tax and retirement plan clients.

Prior to joining the Firm in 1987, he was in the San Francisco office of Touche Ross & Company specializing in income taxation. On his way from California to Maine, Ken spent a year in Indiana where he earned a Master of Arts degree in Biblical Counseling from Grace Theological Seminary.
