A Principal, Janice is the director of Berry Dunn’s Financial Services Industry Group. In this role, Janice provides audit, tax, and advisory services, including risk management, strategic planning, governance, and reviews of internal control to financial institutions.
Janice has extensive expertise in initial public offering and merger transactions, and consults on ongoing SEC filings and bank and branch acquisitions.
Janice has participated in a variety of industry seminars for financial institutions, and provides training sessions for individual financial institution audit committees and boards of directors. She has attended conferences of the Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Vermont Bankers Association and the Maine Association of Community Banks, the Tri-State Senior Management meetings, and the annual AICPA Banking Conference in Washington, D.C. Janice joined Berry Dunn in 1988.
