A senior manager, Julie provides audit, accounting as well as consulting and regulatory services primarily to telecommunications clients. Julie’s expertise includes financial statement preparation and analysis, financial forecasts and projections, and jurisdictional cost studies and revenue settlements. Julie manages the cost study and related regulatory services process, including revenue requirement and USF forecasting and settlements consulting.

Julie joined the Firm in 1995 after earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Thomas College in Waterville, Maine.
Julie participates in the Telephone Association of Maine, the Telephone Association of New England and with the TELERGEE Alliance, a group of CPA firms providing services to telecommunications and electric clients throughout the U.S.
