A Principal, Dave is a member of the Firm’s Tax Services Group. He specializes in providing tax compliance and consulting services to both individuals and corporate clients. David’s experience includes serving the federal and multi-state tax aspects for clients in the manufacturing, wholesale and retail distribution, and professional and financial services industries.
Dave is also a member of the Firm’s International Services Group, he provides tax consulting and compliance services with inbound and outbound foreign tax issues. He also has experience in providing services regarding the income taxation, deal structure, purchase price allocation for corporate mergers and acquisitions, review and analysis of accounting methods, structuring foreign operations, and provides assistance with accounting of income taxes.
Dave joined the Firm in 1996, after working with a national accounting and consulting firm in Boston. He graduated from Bentley College in Waltham, Massachusetts with a Master of Science degree in Taxation and an undergraduate degree in Accounting.
