Chris serves as Principal in charge of Berry Dunn’s Manufacturing and Commercial Practice Group. Prior to joining the Firm in 1994, Chris spent over 13 years with a national public accounting and consulting firm providing a wide range of financial and advisory services.
Chris has extensive experience working closely with corporate management of both public and private companies consulting on such issues as business combinations, divestitures, corporate restructuring, capital infusion, cash management, and profit improvement. Many of Chris' clients have international operations and he works through Berry Dunn's HLB International affiliate firms to deliver services clients need.
