A senior consulting manager, Charlie is a member of Berry Dunn's Management and Information Technology Consulting Group (MITG). The goal of the MITG is to help clients address a broad range of management and information technology issues. Charlie has a hands-on technology background having served as the firm's database administrator for several years. Charlie works primarily with clients from the public sector in the areas of strategic business and information technology planning, information system design, project management, business process improvement, and system planning studies/implementations.
Charlie specializes in municipal and state technology systems and processes, strategic information technology planning, enterprise resource system planning, developing functional and technical requirements, and system selection and contract negotiations.
Charlie regularly attends and speaks on managment and technology subjects at regional and national conferences.
