Cliff is a Principal and Director of the Firm’s Telecommunications and Utility Practice. He specializes in providing audit, accounting, and consulting services to clients in these industries, as well as to other commercial and not-for-profit entities. Cliff has been involved in mergers and acquisitions, rate cases, as well as cost of service and regulatory work for clients throughout the Northeast.
Cliff joined the Firm in 1984 after spending three years with Arthur Young & Company's Portland, Maine office. He was also comptroller of a community health agency for just over three years.
Cliff is a member of the Northeast Public Power Association, and the AICPA. He actively participates in the Telephone Association of Maine and the Telephone Association of New England. Cliff is a Chair of the Board of Directors for the TELERGEE Alliance, a group of CPA firms providing services to telecommunications and electric clients throughout the U.S.
