As a Principal in Berry Dunn's Telecommunication Industry Group, Bill provides financial and regulatory consulting, as well as audit and accounting services, to independent telecommunication companies. His consulting focus is working with ILECs and CLECs to optimize revenue.
Bill has developed the service delivery system for cost study and related regulatory services at Berry Dunn. His related expertise includes revenue requirement and USF forecasting and settlements consulting. He enjoys a strong reputation as a mergers and acquisition specialist in the Firm, providing due diligence services which include revenue forecasting and analysis, preparation of overall financial projections, regulatory analysis and transition assistance.
Bill's regulatory consulting work includes rate and earnings investigations and rate development. He has significant experience in the areas of access rate and calling area expansion proceedings. Other areas of experience include investment, feasibility and economic impact analyses as well as forward looking economic cost studies and SAS 70 examinations. Bill joined the firm in 1988.
