Kristan is a Senior Consultant in BDMP's Management and Information Technology Consulting Group. She has ten years of professional project design, implementation, and management experience with government, not-for-profit organizations, and academic institutions. She is a strong technical writer, facilitator, and leader with the ability to translate complex policies into clear, tangible actions.
Kristan is experienced in Medicaid system implementation oversight. She recently worked with a state Bureau of Medical Services to provide change management support to the Bureau, with responsibility for overseeing contractual obligations and verifying compliance with State and Federal legislative requirements. She also has expertise in Testing Planning and Monitoring, Business Process Planning, Project Management, Program Evaluation, and Project Development.
Kristan earned her Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and her Master of Planning from the University of Virginia.
